In law school, Ms. Goodson was a member of the executive board of the student bar association. She was an assistant editor of the Florida Bar Journal and authored a public interest series on the ramifications of crimes common among college students. Her clerkships concentrated on appellate law and insurance defense. After graduating, Ms. Goodson maintained that focus, practicing in the areas of appellate law, insurance defense, and professional malpractice.
Ms. Goodson joined the Firm on May 4, 2009 and continues practicing insurance defense.
